It builds and operates high-capacity fiber across the Western US – 150,000+ fiber route miles spanning 150+ cities in roughly 8 states (ID, WA, MT, OR, NV, WY, AZ and beyond) – delivering dedicated internet access, Ethernet/EVPL, wavelengths (1G up to 400G), dark fiber, Cloudbeam cloud on-ramps and a managed security/WiFi suite. Fatbeam serves education (E-Rate), government, healthcare, carrier/wholesale and enterprise customers, and is expanding into residential fiber-to-the-home (e.g., Boise/Treasure Valley). It is majority-owned by SDC Capital Partners and operates alongside sister company Ednetics.
