About AgRevolution

AgRevolution is an agricultural equipment dealer founded in January 2021 and based in Evansville, Indiana, built to fill market gaps left by competitors exiting the agricultural space. As of early 2026 it operates 12 brick-and-mortar locations across Indiana, Kentucky, Southern Illinois and Ohio, a fleet of 61 mobile service trucks and a team of more than 100 field personnel, representing a full portfolio of brands. CEO Stacy Anthony brings 27 years of agricultural equipment experience.

The challenge

AgRevolution set out to flip the traditional dealership model. Instead of relying solely on brick-and-mortar locations, it wanted farmers to transact at the farm gate and front porch, with everything they were used to handling inside a dealership available on the farm. Roughly 90% of the business model centres on mobile service delivery, so field technicians need real-time access to parts information, service requests and customer data on the road, and mobile sales teams need to place online tractor orders at the farm.

Its initial IT provider left the company struggling. Phones were not working reliably, the network was unreliable, and support felt absent. As CEO Stacy Anthony describes it, the company was on an island by itself, without support, without solutions and without a partner that understood the business.

Network infrastructure was not AgRevolution's core competency. The company knew agriculture, equipment, customer relationships and field operations, not cloud architecture, network management or cybersecurity, and it had already been a victim of cyber activity that disrupted the business. It needed a partner that could deliver technology plus strategic guidance and responsive support for a fast-growing, regionally expanding business.

The response time is 1000% better than what we've ever experienced before. And instead of solutions going on for days, weeks, and months, it's minutes and hours. That's by far been the biggest shoutout we could give to Thrive.

The solution

AgRevolution met Thrive at the VitalEdge IntelliDealer Conference, and Thrive's name resurfaced during due diligence. From the first meetings, Thrive focused on understanding AgRevolution's business model rather than imposing a generic technology stack.

Thrive moved quickly: only a couple of weeks passed between contract signature and the first scheduled installation. Thrive implemented a cloud-based infrastructure designed for mobile-first operations and embedded its technology across the entire enterprise, from office administration to the field service trucks. That gave AgRevolution reliable mobile network infrastructure for operations spread across multiple states and the digital tools that let staff order parts, log service requests and complete equipment transactions from anywhere.

The service line-up covers backup, managed infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and security. Thrive gave AgRevolution transparency into its cybersecurity measures and led proactive employee training so that field teams became active participants in protecting the business rather than passive vulnerabilities. A streamlined ticketing system routes support requests directly to the right person on the first contact.

The results

  • Support response time described as 1000% better, with resolutions in minutes and hours instead of days, weeks and months
  • Phone and network problems from the previous provider disappeared; the company now reports zero complaints
  • Field technicians pull parts to their trucks without visiting the dealership, reaching jobs faster
  • Sales teams complete equipment purchases at the farm; administrative teams have reliable office connectivity
  • Employees trained to take an active role in cybersecurity after earlier incidents disrupted the business
  • First installation scheduled just a couple of weeks after contract signing
