Erland is a family-owned, Massachusetts-based construction management company. It delivers construction management services across the Academic, Corporate, Commercial, Advanced Technology/Life Sciences, Residential, Hospitality and Senior Living markets. The company has one IT resource on staff, IT Manager Bernadette Flaherty, who joined in 1999 without a technology background and grew into the role.
