About A Fortune 20 technology company

The client is an anonymised Fortune 20 global technology company with more than 200,000 employees. It runs an enterprise sales motion built around large deals. The company is itself a significant player in the Sales AI market: it developed a popular enterprise AI Copilot for sellers, and its own sales team was among the first to adopt Sales AI. The Humantic AI pilot ran within its Healthcare practice.

The challenge

Having built and adopted its own Sales AI Copilot early, the company's sales team was understandably apprehensive about the additional value another Sales AI assistant could bring. Any new tool had to prove it added something the Copilot did not.

Leadership recognised a specific gap. The Copilot was powerful at providing a wide variety of deal insights, but it lacked deep insight about people, the individual buyers on the other side of each conversation. In large-deal enterprise selling, trust and relationships play a vital role, and that is where the existing tooling fell short.

Given the company's vast footprint, the priority was not new logo hunting. Sellers already knew many of their buyers, and the goal was to raise the temperature of the account 'heat maps' the company tracked for each customer. On that basis, leadership decided to pilot Humantic AI's buyer intelligence offering.

As a lifelong student of sales, I look for better ways to control the quality of my outreach. Humantic AI has changed the game for me.

The solution

Twelve sellers from the company's Healthcare practice joined a four-week Humantic AI pilot. Over that period they used Humantic AI to adapt their customer interactions to each buyer's style, drawing on a mix of features from buyer profiles to Humantic AI's DISC-tuned Generative AI functionality. The changes applied both to how sellers behaved in meetings and to their written communication.

The pilot was designed to complement, not replace, the company's own tooling. Sellers continued to use the Copilot for deal intelligence and other insights, and used Humantic AI specifically to learn more about buyers, including contacts they already knew. Because the company's focus was on deepening existing relationships rather than acquiring new logos, the sellers applied the buyer insight to warm up the heat maps tracked for each customer.

Sellers who used both systems reported that Humantic AI helped them take conversations further than they could have using the Copilot alone. Humantic AI also measured the time sellers saved on prospect research and surveyed the pilot group for a Net Promoter Score.

The results

  • $60M in additional pipeline across 10 sellers in four weeks
  • 51% Net Promoter Score from the pilot sellers
  • 33% time saved in prospect research
  • Sellers using both systems said Humantic AI took conversations further than the Copilot alone
