Unbreakable Internet for Global Operations at an International Tile Company
An international manufacturer and distributor of high-end tiles replaced country-by-country ISP and SIM arrangements with Infinite Wireless vSIM connectivity, reaching 99.999% uptime across its showrooms, warehouses and offices.

About An international tile, kitchen and bathroom products manufacturer
The client is a leading international manufacturer and distributor of high-end tiles, kitchen and bathroom products. It operates global showrooms, warehouses and corporate offices across Europe, North America and beyond. Its business depends on connectivity for retail showrooms, logistics operations and corporate communications, and it maintains a high-end customer experience across these locations. The case study does not name the company.
The challenge
The company depended on seamless connectivity to support its retail showrooms, logistics operations and corporate communications, but its existing setup was failing it in three areas.
In the showrooms, traditional broadband outages disrupted point-of-sale (POS) systems, customer interactions and digital showroom displays. In the warehouses, inventory tracking, shipping and order fulfilment systems needed constant internet access to avoid costly delays. Across the wider business, managing multiple ISPs, SIM cards and network contracts in different countries created logistical headaches and security risks for the IT teams.
To maintain its high-end customer experience and operational efficiency, the company needed a global, fail-proof connectivity solution for its business-critical locations, one that would work the same way in every country without a separate carrier relationship at each site.
The solution
Infinite Wireless deployed a vSIM-powered Unbreakable Internet solution across the company's showrooms, warehouses and corporate offices worldwide.
Each location received dual-carrier wireless connectivity, using two independent 4G/5G connections so that traffic fails over seamlessly if one carrier drops. Automatic carrier switching connects to more than 300 carriers in 140+ countries, which means every site attaches to the strongest available network without manual SIM changes or local contracts.
The design also addressed corporate network requirements. Static IP availability supports secure VPNs and corporate network compliance across the company's global operations. Cloud-based monitoring and remote management give the IT teams centralised control over connectivity at every location from a single console.
By replacing a patchwork of country-specific ISP and SIM arrangements with one global vSIM service, Infinite Wireless removed the need for multiple ISP contracts, roaming charges and manual carrier switching, and gave the company a uniform way to keep its showrooms and logistics network online.
The results
- 99.999% uptime with no disruptions at showrooms, warehouses or corporate offices
- POS systems and digital showroom displays remained online at all times
- Reliable warehouse connectivity kept inventory tracking in real time and improved shipping efficiency
- Multiple ISP contracts, roaming charges and manual carrier switching were eliminated, lowering IT costs
- Global IT operations were streamlined under centralised, cloud-based management
