As a REIT, Crown Castle leases vertical space on its towers to wireless carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, DISH) under long-term contracts. Led by President & CEO Chris Hillabrant, the company used sale proceeds to repay more than $7.0B of debt and fund a $1.0B share repurchase. Its towers remain critical infrastructure underpinning U.S. 4G/5G coverage and growing mobile-data demand.
